本個体は、希少なゴールドレターを備えたブラックミラーダイヤル仕様です。インデックスのラジウムは自然な経年変色を見せていますが、文字盤とともに目立った劣化はほとんど見られません。さらに、流通量の極めて少ないBambooブレスレットも、メッキの剥がれや伸びは最小限に抑えられており、全体として当時のコンディションを良好に保っています。

Introduced in 1948 to mark the 100th anniversary of OMEGA, the Seamaster line became the origin of today’s OMEGA diver’s watches. Originally designed with a dress-style appearance, it was engineered as a practical timepiece offering water resistance and reliability suitable for everyday use.
MODEL
The OMEGA Seamaster Ref.14765 is an automatic model produced around 1960, featuring a one-piece case designed with an emphasis on water resistance. With its restrained, dress-oriented appearance and a construction reflecting OMEGA’s practical design philosophy of the period, it represents the Seamaster lineage as a timepiece intended for everyday use.
COMMENT
This example features a rare black mirror dial with gold lettering. The radium on the indexes shows natural age-related discoloration, yet both the indexes and the dial remain largely free from noticeable deterioration. In addition, the exceptionally uncommon Bamboo bracelet exhibits minimal plating wear and virtually no stretch, preserving an overall condition that closely reflects its original state.
