With a 34mm Rolex Oyster case and a reliable automatic movement ETA Cal. 2461, Ref. 7965 is a simple, non-dateable Oyster Prince. Among the many variations of this reference, this particular piece has a distinctive dial design with Arabic numerals at the 3, 6, 9, and 12 positions.
The case as a whole shows minor scratches that are consistent with age and use, and a small scratch can be seen directly below the "OYSTER-PRINCE" engraving in the center of the dial, but the overall condition is good.
