Description
The production period was only about two years, and the number of pieces is extremely small, making this model highly rare and valuable. The case design stands in a very important position as the initial model of the "Seiko style" that determined the later GS design, and is highly valued by collectors in Japan and abroad.
This particular model is one of the few early models that exist, and unlike later models, it is engraved with "DIASHOCK" under the "GRAND SEIKO" logo.
The case shows minor scratches from use, but there are no distortions characteristic of the dial, and the medallion on the back cover remains. The original proportions are well preserved and the overall condition is excellent.
