The OMEGA Seamaster Ref.166.010 was produced from the 1960s into the early 1970s and is positioned between dress and sport within the Seamaster lineup, offering a high degree of versatility. The chronometer-certified version of the Ref.166.010 is known for achieving a level of precision and finishing comparable to the Constellation models of the same era, and it is powered by the high-grade Caliber 564—also used in the Constellation line. A defining feature of the chronometer variant is the “Chronometer” inscription on the dial. The sunburst-finished dial on this example has developed a subtle champagne tone over time due to light aging. The case features broad lugs and a screw-down caseback, providing solid durability and making it well suited for regular use. The watch is fitted with the original beads-of-rice bracelet from the period, Ref.1036 / 11, known for its comfortable fit and compatibility with the case design.
